Yoga to me is not just about asanas and physical body but something way beyond that. Anything and everything that makes you feel more connected and closer towards thyself. My interest in Yoga is from very young age. And being a regular practitioner of yoga since last 7 years, Yoga has changed my perception about my life and made it more clear.
I have done foundation course in Health and Wellness & certification in Yogasana from Morarjee Desai National Institute of Yoga(Delhi) in 2018. Immediately after that I started giving yoga sessions to people in many other countries which gave me an international experience of training people
